Multi-Service Accountability Agreement

(Funding Agreement with Ministry of Health)

Ontario Health Central Region and Wendat Community Programs have entered into a Service Accountability Agreement. We have agreed to work together to improve the health of Ontarians through better access to high-quality health services. The agreement outlines the amount of funding Wendat will receive annually as well as, service targets Wendat agrees to achieve.
