Supported Employment

Wendat believes in the value of people doing real work for real pay.   Full and part-time employment opportunities exist for persons with mental illness to be hired throughout the organization. 

Crisis Services

Crisis Services are provided to persons via the Emergency Room at Georgian Bay General Hospital (GBGH) or by referral from their physician or the Simcoe County Crisis Line

Provides a place to meet friends and socialize on a regular or drop-in basis, and the opportunity to participate in formal, structured activities

Support For Independent Living

Wendat assists persons with serious mental illnesses to live as independently as possible with in-home case management support using the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Process. The focus is on persons in high need of support.
